Returns & Refunds
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage and we will promptly send a replacement for the damaged item. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Sorry we are unable to issue refunds on decks that have had the plastic wrap opened. If for some other reason you would like a refund simply return to us with the cards still shrink wrapped within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
Genuine Art
All hand made art, All watercolour illustrations in the illustrated playing cards were hand crafted by artist john wilson in studio. No AI, stock art, or clip art was used in the creation of the art. For more information please see our Art Story page.
Shipping
All products are in stock unless shown on the products information. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and package your order. Packages are shipped by regular mail with tracking number. Once shipped we will notify you of the tracking number at the email you used to purchase your item(s). The time it arrives depends on location and if it has to go through customs. Please check your tracking number for estimated delivery date. Customer pays any duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees at their countries border crossing.
