Returns & Refunds

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage and we will promptly send a replacement for the damaged item. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Sorry we are unable to issue refunds on decks that have had the plastic wrap opened. If for some other reason you would like a refund simply return to us with the cards still shrink wrapped within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
